Cookie Casino

I love cookies. Who doesn't. Even diabetics do. And for people who like to dabble into a bit of online gambling, a name like Cookie Casino, would certainly turn heads. But, let me apply the breaks here. From what my eyes have read about this betting site, makes them look like they're selling stale cookies, instead.

TrustPilot reflects a poor rating of this place. Kind of like the backbenchers of the online casino world. Like users having troubles withdrawing money from their accounts, on provably valid wins. A good bunch are about being scammed on the basis of not-very-clear bonus rules. A few were exasperated at the often-ignored query requests. The main theme that was common was Cookie Casino's ultra-fast response to new deposits. Money coming in welcome, money going out, no no.

I'm not making any of this up. Like the X-Files says, The Truth Is Out There. Frankly, I'm a bit surprised, considering I really do like their upbeat, friendly, cookie-mascot storyline. Original-character building is rarely spotted on online casino sites. Everyone's doing the same thing, over and over again. I love it when someone tries something different. Cookie Casino for all its, apparent, drawbacks, seems have done well for itself, in making their website, the real McCoy.

The parent company behind PlayAmo and N1 Casino, both fairly large betting sites, owns and manages Cookie Casino. If they genuinely put in the effort on this brand, I believe this place can eradicate the impact of all the negative reviews about it, pretty fast.

Now I'd like to do some basics, which I honestly don't want to, but have to.

Bonuses come in as standard. You can get up to €/$ 200 + 220 free spins as a welcome package. There isn't any no deposit bonus available, despite a lots of people, for some odd reason, searching for it. Free money, of course, comes with its own hurdles. Free spins require 40X wagering the amount of your bonus. So, good luck, winning anything with that. Even without a bonus, one needs to wager 3X the deposit, before a withdrawal can be filed. I find this bit, to be frank, quite offensive. It's like keeping one's money hostage. Not good.

Then there's deposits and withdrawals. All cards, European e-wallets, bank transfers are accepted. Only €/$ 20 is needed to open a new account.

Withdrawals do necessitate KYC. Once done, they promise to complete the process within a few hours to several days. But, most experienced gamblers know the number of hoops they have to jump through, before being able to get their winnings, at any online casino, let alone this one. One appreciably redeeming quality they have is their large withdrawal limit. It's $4k per day, $10k per week and $40k per month. This facility - if really true - is quite flavorous, and means one can withdraw a seemingly large jackpot-win within a matter of few months, provided no ragebet is done during the waiting period.

With higher withdrawal limits, they probably do attract whales too. Notably, when their VIP program is so aggressively marketed, everywhere you look on their site.

Support is provided through Live Chat and Email. I haven't really tested it out. They do have a multilingual staff, which can be viewed serendipitously.

Being licensed from the Malta Gaming Authority, they're legit and legal in a select number of nations. Not all countries are available. But, I'm sure they do accept players from Canada, New Zealand, the Netherlands where they do not have a valid gambling license.

With close strategic business partnerships with igaming software providers like Netent, EGT, Playtech, Novomatic, Microgaming and nearly 100 others; they probably have one of the largest libraries of slot titles (I would imagine thousands of slot games), and tens of dozens of hosted live casino rooms. This is something that really cannot be matched. This bit must be said. And, they get full marks for it.

Cookie Casino, although having a distinct way about it, does face challenges maintaining a long-term impression in the hearts of their clients, that want to remain single-mindedly loyal to them. I wish this casino's cookies were so fresh, crunchy and sweet, we'd all be trapping our hands in its jar.

But, never say never.
