Betfinal
At first, I never really understood their appeal. I mean, it's an offshore casino aimed at Arabs (I think? Similarweb says so), but the site itself pretty much looks as if it targets Brazilian punters.
Either way, Betfinal seems to have worked hard on whatever it's trying to pull off. Places like Kuwait and Bahrain, for example where this site is pretty popular, are legit hostile towards football betting or gambling in general. And when caught, people can be punished through the whip of the Shariah law - like a two year jail term in the UAE. It's not funny. It's dangerous.
But, but, but....
Gambling, despite of what the law book in these countries say, is more popular than ever. The safety net is, I guess, the online betting sites. It's hard to catch someone with a gambling account at an offshore online casino, compared to someone dealing with a local bookie.
This still doesn't mean gambling or Betfinal is legal in the Arab countries. It is illegal and shall remain so.
Let the theatrics take a hike for the minute; you aren't here because you don't know what the deal is, but if it's "safe" to open a new account at Betfinal. Of course, they're trusted, have been on the scene since 2013, and am fairly positive they've tens of thousands of clients in the GCC region.
What I'm nudging towards is that whatever you do, at least try to use a VPN, when using such sites. I'm not too bothered about the UAE (they'll be making gambling legal soon anyway), but more with places like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain etc. In fact, although I don't live in any of these countries, I'm willing to bet, that this site would have already been banned by most. You would want to use a VPN to access it, regardless.
Anywho, if you're a newbie, and want the basics, I will jot them down, briefly.
Betfinal's site is licensed in Curacao, which is the bare-minimum validity it can acquire, in order to get gaming software companies to legally be able to partner up with them. There's nothing superiorly authentic about island-regulated betting sites. It's always risky, at best. You are on your own most of the times.
It doesn't have an app, but their site works fine, without issues on smartphones.
Football is where most of the betting goes into from the Arab world anyway. So Betfinal ain't different. The cool thing about it is that they got partnerships with Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Ezugi and similar companies, and this means one can end up enjoying a pretty fine, world-class live casino entertainment platform.
Plus, any popular slot, and progressive jackpots, along with blackjack, roulette etc., you name it, and I think they'll have it available.
Arabs spend a ton of money, when gambling so their VIP program is another thing, that must be mentioned. I have never been part of such private groups, but I would imagine goodies offered would be well worth it.
Deposits and withdrawals can be made through credit cards, debit card, Bitcoin, e-wallets and stuff. Withdrawals can be processed (with minimal KYC) fairly quickly for VIPs, but can take a while for normal players. At least, they pay out, which is good.
They offer a welcome bonus of $3,000 with 35X wagering requirement. I would suggest, you not take it. Because you'll almost, always lose. It's a trick to force newbies to gamble more.
Their support staff treats customers according to the size of their deposits. If you're a rich, big spending whale, expect the fastest responses, else wait your turn. They offer email and live chat, which is nothing out of the blue.
If you're having double thoughts about them, may be look at YYY Casino.
My own personal view is that Betfinal offers a service, that is quite rare being illegal and all, and if nothing, credit should be given to them, for being able to stick around long-enough, and manage to provide some breakthrough for gambling-hungry Arabs.

A word from the author:
To make this review fair, transparent and to remove any sponsorship bias, I allocated anywhere between $500 (for casual betting) to $25,000 (for evaluating the quality of the high-roller gambling services) out of my own pocket for testing the browser-based platform and the app (where available) of this betting site.
- This money was spent on online casino games and sports betting, depending on what the place is primarily known for. For example, certain brands only cater to slots, while others are predominantly sportsbooks.
- My tests involved all the processes, such as initial deposit and accepting welcome bonuses, KYC, an actual experience of playing the games, and finally withdrawing my winnings, if any.
