Endorphina
Endorphina is a mid-sized, close to 200 employees, Prague-based, MGA-and-ONJN-licensed slots games maker, that's been the member of this multi-billion dollar gaming industry, since 2012. With a few memorable, sellable titles under their belt, they seem to be hanging on by a tight rope, in this ever-expanding, unforgiving, highly competitive iGaming ecosystem.
Wonder what its brand name's short for. It could be Endorphins; chemical signals released in the brain, when a person is free of worries, happy and feeling pleasured. Ok, assuming the naming is linked to it, it's quite a bit oxymoronic, considering, the feeling of excitement one feels playing slots is returned, in kind, 3X in sorrows of loss.
Both BetConstruct and iSoftBet work with them. Not sure how this gels into building Endorphina's overall image. A lot of others operate identically in terms of forming strategic partnerships with their bigger rivals and, of course, their casino clients. Guess, with all the man-power involved, it becomes a tad bit easier to launch new slot games in the air. Something, it's managed to do, successfully, so far.
Glassdoor reviews of this company seem to paint quite a dark picture. But, most of it, from people who're hired from outside Prague and Romania (two of their coding bases). The tone used in these low-rated comments, seem to reflect a lack of proximity, to the cultural norms of the harsh-boss-is-always-right business environment, the native Eastern-Europeans are accustomed to. For an outsider, in many cases, it mimicks hell.
Endorphina has never produced blockbusters like IGT's Wheel of Fortune and Cleopatra, or Microgaming's Mega Moolah. Most of its slot titles do average business, which is why frequent provisioning of newer games is almost always needed. What they do excel in, is their ability to form partnerships, with all types of betting sites, legal or illegal, offshore or regulated. It's this talent of flexibilty, that has kept them abundantly flourishing for more than a decade. Setting up a betting site with their products can be completed within days, not weeks. Minimum paperwork, maximum deliverance, is why nearly, all online casinos feel comfortable keeping them in their books. Over 2500 gambling sites have Endorphina's smartphone-compatible, HTML5-coded slot games on their rosters.
They do advertise a 96% RTP, and up to 50 paylines for a few of their games. Now, how much of the RTP-thing is true, is realistically, anyone's guess. Getting a stamp of fairness from third-party tools aside, any professional gambler would know, that slots are designed by core, to give its coders a backdoor. The house will never lose. In the long run.
A lot of cryptocurrency casinos seem to particularly promote Endorphina's line of products. I Googled Endorphina Casinos, and found names like 1XSlots, Playfina and Bitcasino.io pop-up on every other review site. But, you'll find them partying around at nearly every half-decent betting site. There's nothing out-of-the-box one needs to do to access their slots.
It wouldn't hurt to have a look at similar igaming sites like Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Despite their shortcomings - which every company has - both seem be doing pretty well for themselves.
Endorphina isn't the best in the business, nor has the shic and the desire to be one. What it is good at is remaining relevant and available to all the casino sites, with a high profit-want.

A word from the author:
To make this review fair, transparent and to remove any sponsorship bias, I allocated anywhere between $500 (for casual betting) to $25,000 (for evaluating the quality of the high-roller gambling services) out of my own pocket for testing the browser-based platform and the apps (where available) of all the betting sites mentioned on this page.
- This money was spent on online casino games and sports betting, depending on what the place is primarily known for. For example, certain brands only cater to slots, while others are predominantly sportsbooks.
- My tests involved all the processes, such as initial deposit and accepting welcome bonuses, KYC, an actual experience of playing the games, and finally withdrawing my winnings, if any.
